Terms and Conditions of Service
STP Professional Co., Ltd.

STP Professional Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is a consulting and service provider incorporated under the laws of Thailand, offering professional assistance in areas such as relocation support, visa services, business consulting, and related advisory services.

1. Engagement of Services
Upon engaging the Company’s services, a written agreement or service confirmation (hereinafter referred to as the “Engagement Agreement”) may be issued. This document outlines the scope of services, applicable fees, estimated expenses, and any additional terms relevant to the specific case.
The Engagement Agreement becomes effective once it has been accepted or confirmed by the client, whether by signature, written confirmation, or electronic acceptance.

2. Scope and Validity
The Engagement Agreement defines the extent of the Company’s responsibilities and remains valid until the agreed services have been completed or otherwise terminated by either party in accordance with these Terms.
Any services outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees and separate arrangements.

3. Fees and Payment Conditions
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all service fees must be paid in advance. The client agrees to settle all fees as specified in the Engagement Agreement.
In certain cases, and at the sole discretion of the Company, payment by installments may be accepted. Any such arrangement must be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of services.
Government fees, third-party costs, and other external expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.

4. Refund Policy
Payments made to the Company are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may apply only in cases where the Company fails to provide the agreed services due to proven fault or negligence.

5. Cancellation by Client
If the client chooses to terminate the engagement after services have commenced, no refund will be issued for payments already made.
However, the Company may, at its discretion, offer a service credit equivalent to the unused portion of the fees. Such credit may be applied toward future services provided by the Company.

6. Client Obligations
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any delays, errors, or negative outcomes resulting from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client or their representatives. The Company reserves the right to verify any information provided where necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Company acts as an intermediary and service provider and cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on decisions made by government authorities or third parties, whether in Thailand or abroad.
Accordingly, the Company shall not be held liable for decisions, delays, or actions taken by such authorities or institutions.

8. Service Execution
The Company’s responsibility is limited to preparing, organizing, and submitting required documentation and providing guidance to the best of its professional ability.
No guarantee is given regarding the approval of applications, processing times, or final decisions made by authorities.

9. Timeframes
Any timelines or processing periods communicated to the client are estimates only. While the Company will make reasonable efforts to meet such timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond its control.
The client will be kept reasonably informed about the progress of their case or service.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the Company’s services, signing an agreement, or confirming acceptance electronically (e.g., by selecting an acceptance checkbox), the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
